Cawan mushi

On the next day after my mom came back.. i decided to ask her to teach me how to make cawan mushi.. so we went to carefour to buy some crabstick and other stuff to make it.. it's really simple to make the cawan mushi.. so we came back and prepared this following item:

1)eggs
2)aluminum foil
3)crab stick
4)button mushrooms

when we made the first cawan mushi... it kinda fail because my mom forgotten one more step to make it perfect... so, it kinda let down in the beginning.. although i did remind my mom to put in hot water instead of cold water.. lets start from the beginning.

First, break the eggs and stir it. Then put some soy sauce in it and fill it 1/4 water of the egg quantity. Then dump in the ingredients and cover it with the aluminum foil(the purpose is to prevent the steam water from entering the cup)then put it to steam for 7 minutes.. not more or less, because if its too long it will harden up.. if its too short it still watery.. so there you go.. i successfully made the second cawan mushi even though i use cold water.. but that took 8-9 mins.. my mom did the third time with the hot water.. so its really 7 mins :O
